  Précautions d’emploi

  2. MISE EN GARDE
     EN L’ABSENCE DE DONNEES PRECISES SUR LA RESORPTION TRANSCUTANEE, LE RISQUE D’EFFETS SYSTEMIQUES DES SULFAMIDES NE PEUT ETRE EXCLU.
     
     LES EFFETS SYSTEMIQUES SONT D’AUTANT PLUS A REDOUTER QUE L’ANTISEPTIQUE EST UTILISE DE FACON REPETEE SUR UNE GRANDE SURFACE, SOUS PANSEMENT OCCLUSIF, SUR UNE PEAU LESEE (NOTAMMENT BRULEE), UNE MUQUEUSE, UNE PEAU DE PREMATURE OU DE NOURRISSON (EN RAISON DU RAPPORT SURFACE/POIDS ET DE L’EFFET D’OCCLUSION DES COUCHES AU NIVEAU DU SIEGE).
     
     DES L’OUVERTURE DU CONDITIONNEMENT D’UNE PREPARATION A VISEE ANTISEPTIQUE, UNE CONTAMINATION MICROBIENNE EST POSSIBLE.
  3. PLAIE
     EVITER L’APPLICATION SUR LES PLAIES OUVERTES, SURTOUT LES ULCERES (EN PARTICULIER LES SUJETS SOUFFRANT D’UNE INSUFFISANCE RENALE OU HEPATIQUE).

  Contre-Indications

  2. DERMATOSES ALLERGIQUES
     ECZEMATISEES, PRURIGINEUSES.
  3. SENSIBILISATION AUX SULFAMIDES
     GENERALE OU LOCALE (ECZEMA DE CONTACT).
  4. NOUVEAU-NE
     NE PAS UTILISER ETANT DONNE LE ROLE FAVORISANT POSSIBLE DANS L’APPARITION D’UN ICTERE NUCLEAIRE, LIE A L’IMMATURITE DES SYSTEMES ENZYMATIQUES DU NOUVEAU-NE.
  5. GROSSESSE
     Ne pas utiliser en fin de grossesse étant donné le rôle favorisant possible dans l’apparition d’ictère nucléaire, lié à l’immaturité des systèmes enzymatiques du nouveau-né.
  6. ALLAITEMENT
     NE PAS UTILISER ETANT DONNE LE ROLE FAVORISANT POSSIBLE DANS L’APPARITION D’UN ICTERE NUCLEAIRE, LIE A L’IMMATURITE DES SYSTEMES ENZYMATIQUES DU NOUVEAU-NE.
  7. PREMATURE
     NE PAS UTILISER ETANT DONNE LE ROLE FAVORISANT POSSIBLE DANS L’APPARITION D’UN ICTERE NUCLEAIRE, LIE A L’IMMATURITE DES SYSTEMES ENZYMATIQUES DU NOUVEAU-NE.
